Oversees assigned production areas to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Manage workflow, personnel, and resources to produce and ship quality products that meet customer specifications. Maintain facility integrity, drive performance improvements, and foster a culture focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, aligning with company values and business objectives.

Lead and direct assigned production personnel, including Operators, and Helpers
Core Accountabilities
- Champion Safety First initiatives and compliance with all safety policies/procedures, driving safety improvement projects and supporting safety certification efforts.
- Ensure the adherence to safety regulations, safeguarding compliance, and fostering a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency.
- Utilize Continuous Improvement initiatives to identify and resolve production challenges, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Drive Business Excellence initiatives in the form of automation and strategic projects as assigned.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting traits of hunger, humility, and smart decision-making.
- Hire, cross-train, coach, and schedule personnel to meet production demands, motivating teams to meet and exceed goals.
- Oversee daily production, ensuring efficient processes, on-time delivery, and alignment with business objectives while minimizing costs.
- Maintain Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to ensure high productivity and equipment reliability, coordinating with Maintenance to schedule preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate closely with various teams (Sales, Quality, Purchasing) to meet customer demands, communicate order fulfillment, resolve quality issues, and ensure product quality.
- Perform additional production tasks as assigned, supporting overall operational and business goals.
