I'm currently working with a high end residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a number 1 Site Manager, for their new build traditional scheme based in Berkshire. The site compromises of 4 high end new build traditional houses, in the region of 1m per unit.
As a number 1 Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the whole build from Ground works initially through to handover. You will be responsible for ensuring H&S is met, ensuring the programme is ran to to timely and quality product and reporting into the director. The ideal candidate must be able to oversee traditional build construction from start to finish and have experience in delivering units. Must have also worked for a residential developer/main contractor.
You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate with the contract being 12 months.
