Our client, a Tier 1 housebuilder, has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with previous experience working on large scale residential projects.

Duties Include:

• Responsible for estimating costs.
• Material quantities and project time lines.
• Liaise with different teams on site to ensure smooth running to the programme.
• Conduct take-offs and prepare bill of quantities.
• Analyse project specifications.

You should have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Job longevity.
• Previous experience on a mixture of luxury residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• A pro-active and collaborative approach
• Punctual and reliable.
