Reporting To: Deliveries Team Leader
Join our team as a Deliveries Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing customer orders from sale to delivery. This position offers the opportunity to maximise monthly deliveries while maintaining exceptional communication with customers and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire customer order process, from order placement to successful delivery.
Perform accurate data entry into the CRM system.
Maintain daily communication with the government-backed Motability leasing scheme.
Prepare and submit documents to the DVLA for vehicle taxation and customer correspondence using Excel and internal CRM tools.
Organise delivery packs and manage vehicle invoicing.
Scan and file customer documentation for compliance and records.
Provide daily activity reports to the Deliveries Team Leader.
Handle interactions with challenging customers, including those with communication difficulties.
Liaise with both retail and business customers to ensure high-quality service.
