Maintenance Operative
Normal working hours will be 5 out of 7 day working pattern
Monday Sunday - 40 hours per week all year round
Set shifts of 8 hours - 07.00am - 15:30, 08.00am - 16:30 or 12.00pm 20:30.

Salary up to £25,207 per annum.

The Maintenance Operative role will provide planned and responsive maintenance to the School Estate which includes pupil accommodation, public areas, classrooms and the grounds areas on site.

You will need broad experience in general and complex repairs (all trades), general and technical maintenance, new builds both internal and external following safe working practices.
Experience of working in a School, large estate, hotels is desirable.
