Sales Administrator - Thetford - 27,000

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator on behalf of our rapidly growing client based on the outskirts of Thetford!

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the team in daily operations and acting as the liaison between customers and internal departments.

Type: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30am-17:00pm, Friday 08:30am-15:00pm



Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders in Sage and prepare related documentation.
  • Coordinate with teams (production, procurement, logistics) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
  • Create and maintain sales documentation (quotes, proposals, reports).
  • Handle shipment and customs paperwork.
  • Manage customer databases, compliance paperwork, and office supplies.
  • Support sales team with scheduling and administrative tasks.


What are we looking for?

  • Experienced in Sales Administration or Customer Service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused.
  • Experience with digital marketing is an advantage.
