Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Thetford
Salary: Basic Salary up to 25000, up to 50,000 OTE
Brook Street are partnering with a well established estate agency firm in the Thetford area and are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading daily meetings
- Coaching and mentoring the team to achieve KPI's.
- Assessing and monitoring teams' performance
- Generating new and repeat business.
- Building relationships with vendors and buyers
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Following the standards for all regulatory bodies.
Essential skills
- Full UK Driving License for manual vehicle
- Experience within an estate agency at a senior negotiator position, a property valuer position or higher
- Ability to create and action business plans
- Relationship builder
- Excellent communication
- Strong understanding and knowledge or current
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
