In this role, you will be responsible for advising design teams on space allocations and coordinating the overall building services into designs. You will also need to liaise with architects, engineers and builders alike alongside assessing prices for service work.
The ideal Building Services Manager will need relevant design and/or installation experience gained with a multi-disciplinary consultant, contractor or developer design team. You will also have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical and/or Building Services, and be confident enough to confer with external clients and consultants.

- Building Services Manager
- Advising teams on space allocations and assessing prices for service work
- Design peer review
- Tendering review
- Liaising with other team members, clients and external parties
The person:
- Previous experience within the construction sector
- Mechanical, Electrical and/or Building services degree
- Ability to liaise with anyone involved in the construction process
- Technical Design / Project Management background
- Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background
