Job Description:

  • Base salary £26,000 plus performance based bonus, company car, mobile and laptop.
  • If you have the right personality, business sense and communication skills this is a fantastic opportunity to get into a field sales role and be trained by a highly experienced mentor.
  • Working from home you will cover a sales region including East Anglia, Northants, Leicestershire, Bucks, Beds, Herts and Essex.
  • Your customers will include garden centres, gift stores and ecommerce businesses where you will tasked with visiting regularly to build relationships, understand needs and present products that will sell through.
  • As your experience grows you will become adept at time management, journey planning, questioning techniques, selling benefits, negotiation and closing. You will an annual salary review that reflects your progress and a bonus scheme that will fully reward your achievements and behaviours.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

Previous field sales experience is not essential but we are looking for a special person with the potential to excel in this role. You will need to have:

  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in an environment that included sales, customer service and communication. This could be in field sales, merchandising, retail, telesales, estate agency, recruitment or customer services.
  • High energy levels, determination and a hunger to be successful.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Social confidence and the ability to build rapport with everyone you meet.
  • High levels of IT competence and comfortable using all Microsoft Office packages.
  • A full driving licence with no more than 3 points.

Salary/Benefits Information:

  • You will receive a basic salary of £26,000, a fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop and all of the tools and support that you need to perform this role from home.
  • Following the competition of your probation period you will join the company bonus scheme that rewards both sales activities and sales achievements.
