Company & Project: Apple Technical Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a successful construction business who are seeking to recruit an experienced and effective Contracts Manager to take the lead across multiple New Build Residential projects valued at c£20m+.

The new opportunity is due to successful project wins starting on site in 2025. The company prides itself on the success of its employees, many of which have been with the company for the majority of their careers.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing multiple Residential projects, valued between c£10m-£20m individually. You will be initially working closely with the pre-construction team to take management of the project through from tender and award stage, liaising with site delivery teams throughout the project to oversee the project to completion.

The successful candidate will have an active role in the management of the planning, design and contract administration on the project on an ongoing basis.

You will be need to be an excellent communicator, with a track record for successfully delivering projects on time, to a high quality and promoting excellent standards of Health and Safety.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previously held a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role working on Residential New Build projects.
  • Previous experience leading projects £10m+.
  • Exceptional client facing and management skills, experience in leading teams of c15 staff.
  • Ideally from a Site Management or Engineering or Commercial background.
  • Previous Roles: Contracts Manager OR Project Manager OR Senior Project Manager OR Project Director OR Operations Manager OR Senior Contracts Manager.


Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or comparable qualification. MCIOB desirable.
