Customer Service Administrator - Thetford - £26-30k (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client based in Thetford!

This role is pivotal in the day to day operations of the business, you will need to be confident and professional in delivery 1st class service to customers and logistics companies!

Salary: £26-30k (DOE)

Hours: 08:30am-16:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, debits, and credits, and ensure stock availability.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Work with internal departments like Sales, Planning and Production to ensure successful delivery of projects to clients.
  • Keep customers informed on progress of orders.
  • Liaise with Logistics companies to facilitate the delivery of orders, completing all associated paperwork.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent telephone manner, with great communication skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team to meet strict deadlines.
  • Brilliant computer skills.
  • Previous experience working within logistics would be desirable but not essential.
  • Positive and enthusiastic character.
