This is an exciting time to join an expanding and forward thinking manufacturing company, based on the outskirts of Thetford. You will require access to your own vehicle, due to location Role:As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for assembling and building products to meet customer requirements efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings (Training provided).
  • Work to strict deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Use air/powered hand tools to produce aluminium products.
  • Follow all Health and Safety protocols.
  • Prepare materials, assemble, finish, and pack products to maintain quality.
  • Assist with on-site installations and recertifications as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the manager.
Person Specification:
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
  • Professional attendance, punctuality, and appearance.
  • Good communication skills within the team.
  • Experience with CNC machinery or power tools is desirable, but training is available.
