Demand Planner - Thetford - £28,000-£35,000

We are currently seeking a Demand Planner on behalf of our client based in Thetford! The role involves managing customer demand, ensuring timely production, and overseeing logistics for specified customers.

Hours: 08:00am-16:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £28-£35k (DOE)

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with team leaders on the shop floor, reviewing orders and performance to meet booking targets.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure necessary materials are available for upcoming orders.
  • Arrange transport and shipments, including customs documentation when needed.
  • Review customer demand forecasts, align production schedules, and report on performance and variances.
  • Provide regular updates on stock levels, customer service metrics, and weekly performance.
