Sales & Proposals AdministratorWattonFull time, permanentUp to £25,000 per annumHales Group have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Administrator with excellent organisational skills to join our client's sales team.This role will require you to learn our client's standard product portfolio, full training will be given. Duties/Responsibilities to include:
  • First point of contact for enquiries 
  • Maintain and update the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
  • Receive, analyse, and acknowledge sales enquiries, including verification of client details and obtaining any applicable information either by telephone or email
  • Generating standard product quotations
  • Understand our internal proposal system, costing special designs and required calculations
  • Follow up quotation status, with customers using various reports
  • Prepare and email any documentation/certification requirements to customers
  • Ensure all quotations meet customer requirements/project specifications, and comply with all regulations
  • Stock code creation and updates
  • General office duties to support the sales team, including order processing
  • Monthly reporting
Key skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident IT skills
  • A flexible nature and the ability to prioritise a changing to do list
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Foreign languages would be an advantage
  • Full driving license, as some travel to other locations may be required on occasion
