- Act as the first point of contact for the team, providing full support during team travel and maternity leave cover.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's Standard Product portfolio.
- Maintain and update the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
- Handle sales enquiries by phone and email, verifying client details and gathering necessary information.
- Prepare and issue standard product quotations.
- Learn to utilise internal proposal software for costing special designs and conducting heating calculations.
- Follow up on quotation statuses with customers and provide necessary reports.
- Prepare and send documentation or certification requirements to clients.
- Ensure quotations align with customer requirements and comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Perform stock code creation and updates.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team, including holiday cover for order processing.
- Issue monthly reports to the Sales Team.
- Potential to support the Immersion Heater Team as part of career progression.
- A friendly, organised, and helpful individual with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong team-oriented approach.
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- A full driving licence is essential, and foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Early finish on Friday.
