Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Location: Thetford

Remuneration: From £26,000 to £29,000 per annum (DOE)

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking an energetic and motivated HR Administrator to join their team. As an integral part of the HR function, you will provide crucial administrative support and contribute to the long-term development of the department.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare various letters, such as new starter documentation, contracts, and leaver confirmation.
  • Create and maintain Staff Personnel Files, ensure all Right to Work documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Offer HR support and advice to managers across the organisation.
  • Manage and administer the Time & Attendance system.
  • Assist managers in disciplinary, sickness, absence, or competency meetings.
  • Generate monthly HR reports and other related documents as needed.
  • Support the HR Manager in general day-to-day activities.

What are we looking for?

  • Working towards or looking to complete CIPD Qualification.
  • Previous experience working within a HR environment.
  • Absolute professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Friendly and approachable manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
  • Previously experience working within a Manufacturing environment (desirable).
