Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)

Job Type: Full-time, Term Time (Monday-Friday), Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate or January Start
Pay: 86-100 per day
TimePlan Education is recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a dedicated team at a specialist SEN school in Thetford. This is a full-time, term-time position with the opportunity for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Assist students on a 1:1, small group, or class-wide basis
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Carry out other general TA duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with young people, especially those with SEN (professional or personal experience welcomed)
- Supportive, patient, and committed to helping students thrive
- A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- A passion for working with children with additional needs
