Account Manager

As the company continue to expand, their seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join the growing team.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with assigned customers
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams
  • Lead contract renewals and pricing negotiations
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide technical support and liaison with internal experts
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management

 

Desired Skills & Experience for the Account Manager

  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Solutions (EMS/SCaaS)
  • Proven track record in account management and business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel across England for customer meetings
  • Technical background in electronics, PCB assembly, manufacturing and supply chain solutions
  • Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
