Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager
- Manage and develop strong relationships with assigned customers
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams
- Lead contract renewals and pricing negotiations
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery
- Provide technical support and liaison with internal experts
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management

Desired Skills & Experience for the Account Manager
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Solutions (EMS/SCaaS)
- Proven track record in account management and business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to travel across England for customer meetings
- Technical background in electronics, PCB assembly, manufacturing and supply chain solutions
- Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
