A brand new position has been created due to a very exciting time within this wonderful Charity.
You will be joining the Head of IT in this hands-on role to plan and prioritise some major projects. These guys have been around doing their awesome work for almost 100 years, and have recently gone through a period of growth and restructuring which saw a move into new offices and starting moving their IT support back in house.
Although initially a 12 month contract to support projects, it is hoped in time that this will morph into a slightly different permanent position after project completion. This will be a busy, varied, and interesting role, you have approx. 150 users across 4 sites, although most people are based at HQ, some occasional travel to other sites will be required.
- Plan and prioritise projects
- Pave the way for digital strategy and planned system changes
- Telephony migration to VoIP, Server Migrations, Devise Management Implementation and more.
- Define scope and budgets
- Work with skilled IT Technician and external vendors to complete work
Due to their location you will need a car for this role.Â

You will need to have good project experience, in a similar role and ideally Agile / Prince 2 and a strong level of digital knowledge. As mentioned you will need to have a driving licence due to location of the offices.
