Our client is a well-established business who is looking to employ a team leader to join their busy team. This role is working in a cold environment so candidates must be aware of this.
Main duties will include
Operation and administration support.
Strategic planning.
Key Account management
Customer service.
Can communicate at all levels, demonstrating a positive attitude paying particular attention to detail and have a strong customer focus.
Have a flexible approach to working hours which is essential.
Have the ability to challenge our operations in a fair but firm management style.
Previous experience working in the warehouse industry (highly desirable).
