From welcoming visitors and arranging meetings to managing essential project documentation, you'll be the key support behind the scenes. You’ll be liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed and projects on track.Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll be doing:
  • Greeting visitors and coordinating site meetings (you’re the friendly face that makes everything happen smoothly).
  • Working closely with Project Managers to ensure progress reports are sent on time and all documentation is in order.
  • Managing client visits and ensuring every aspect, from booking calendars to ordering lunches, is handled without a hitch.
  • Helping to keep projects moving by chasing up approvals and documentation, identifying risks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Keeping systems up to date, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks when it comes to project schedules and delivery dates.
  • Supporting the team with a variety of admin tasks, including taking meeting minutes and distributing reports (you’re the go-to for keeping things on track!).
