About the Company:

Our client is a leading supplier of Wellbeing & Bodycare products, with a strong presence in the UK, North America, Europe, and Australasia. They offer a range of products, including Skincare, Haircare, Bath & Body, and Fragrance. With ambitious international growth plans, they are looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Director to lead their production team.

The Role:

As Manufacturing Director, you’ll oversee all operations within the Wellbeing Factory, with full responsibility for the P&L and reporting directly to the Board. You’ll lead production from raw material sourcing to product delivery, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and implement the manufacturing strategy to meet business goals.

- Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring efficient, timely production.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP) and health & safety regulations.

- Drive continuous process improvement and sustainable manufacturing practices.

- Manage budgets and control costs while maintaining quality.

- Build and lead a high-performing team of manufacturing professionals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Manufacturing, Business) preferred.

- 10+ years in manufacturing, with at least 5 in leadership roles.

- Experience in Wellbeing & Bodycare, FMCG, Food, or Pharma.

- Strong knowledge of production processes and regulatory standards.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
