Location: Norfolk and Suffolk

Company Overview:
Join a leading company in the utility and infrastructure services sector, renowned for delivering multi-utility solutions. Be part of an exciting 100m framework contract with UK Power Networks (UKPN), focusing on network reinforcements, substation connections, and asset replacement schemes between 11kV - 33kV.

Role Overview:
As a Site Manager (CDM), you will oversee 11kV-33kV cable installation, new connections and wood pole overhead line projects for UKPN. The Site Manager is tasked with ensuring that safety standards are met throughout the project, and under the CDM Regulations, you will ensure compliance with all safety, health, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Projects typically last 2 to 6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects comply with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct risk assessments, site visits, and audits to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team while managing resources for optimal project execution.

Essential Qualifications:

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme)
  • Emergency Aid certification
  • Manual Handling training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UKPN Entry to Site certification
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Temporary Works Supervisor

Availability:
Immediate start preferred.
