The Operations Director position is part of the management team where you will be responsible for developing and executing the production strategy to support the delivery of the overall strategic plan. You will lead and manage the operations team comprising Production, HSE, Engineering and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a track record of success within a similar role focused on delivering growth, driving continuous improvement, and building a culture of excellence across production and operations. You will have a continuous improvement mind-set with a lean toolbox and experience delivering capex projects. You will have previous management experience and will have operated as part of the management team with P&L responsibility. The successful candidate will be passionate about change, they will have excellent communication skills, and you will have strong financial and commercial acumen.
