Site Manager - (Construction)
Duration: 7 - 8 months
Start date: 23rd September
Rate: circa GBP230 a day
Location : Thetford (IP24)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a GBP1 million house refurbishment project in Thetford. The project is set to begin on 23rd September and will run for 7-8 months.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
First Aid qualification (preferred, but not essential).
