Job Title: Property Marketing Consultant
Location: Thetford
Salary: Basic Salary up to 22000, up to 50,000 OTE
Brook Street are partnering with a well established estate agency firm in the Thetford area and are recruiting for an experienced property Marketing Consultant on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Building excellent relationships with vendors
- Generating new and repeat business.
- Marketing properties
- Completing contracts
- Gaining new instructions for properties to market
- Upselling
- Preparing property brochures
- Local area canvassing
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
- Ensuring each property adheres to health and safety regulations.
Essential skills
- Full UK Driving License for manual vehicle
- Experience as an estate agent.
- Relationship builder
- Excellent communication
- Strong understanding and knowledge or current residential lettings legislation.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
