- Maintenance & Repairs – Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on production machinery to minimise downtime.
- Fault Finding & Troubleshooting – Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on equipment.
- Site Maintenance – Carry out general tasks around the site, ensuring the premises remain safe and operational.
- Contractor Management – Liaise with external contractors for forklift truck (FLT) and compressed air system breakdowns.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies.
- Experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Hands-on experience with production machinery maintenance.
- Willingness to undertake general site maintenance duties.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
- Ability to liaise with external contractors and service providers.
- Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).
- A varied and hands-on role within a friendly, small production company.
