Internal Sales and Administration Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Internal Sales and Administration Supervisor to oversee our clients sales office operations and manage financial transactions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administration, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various departments, suppliers, and customers.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Supervise two staff members in the sales office responsible for order input, invoicing, and handling customer queries and complaints.
  • Manage email and telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Transfer funds received from customers from the bank to the accounts system electronically.
  • Manage the receipt of invoices from suppliers into accounts system.
  • Complete approval request forms for payment permissions from Head Office.
  • Generate and send monthly customer sales reports to HQ to insure our turnover against non-payment.
  • Produce several reports based on sales data.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Ad hoc tasks to support office staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an Administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively manage office staff.
  • Proficiency in using financial software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An outgoing personality, ideally suited to a role involving significant interaction with others.
