Role: Technical Manager

Salary: £50-55k basic salary + bonus

Hours: Weekday office hours

Location: South East England

As a Technical Manager you will lead the technical function on-site, ensuring all finished products are to the highest quality safely, in regards to product specification, legislation, and customer requirements.

This means you will:

  • Oversee internal + external audits.
  • Investigating + fixing key deviations from process and customer specification / quality.
  • Monitoring departmental KPI’s and creating a culture of 'continuous improvements'.
  • Ability to charm clients & other colleagues during site visits and audits, business reviews and other key opportunities.
  • Providing leadership and direction to maximise your staff potential & career development.
  • Support HSE Manager with all things relating to Health, Safety and Environment policies.
