We are really pleased to be offering a senior opportunity with a very successful business who have experienced significant and consistent growth so are expanding and growing as a team.
In this newly developed position, we are looking for significant NPD experience, from concept to grave! Ideation from market research, costing and building briefs, working cross functionally with external suppliers and internal teams and then ensuring all projects are managed and delivered on time.
Owning some projects of your own along with leading, guiding and supporting an experienced small team and playing a lead role in developing and growing this team as the business continues with its success on a global scale.
Outside of team leadership and extensive, complex NPD project delivery experience, our ideal candidate will come from within the beauty industry but if you are working with innovative products sold in the retail space, we can genuinely consider transferable skills into this fun sector.
