- Performing installation, servicing, and commissioning of automation equipment at customer sites and in-house, ensuring high standards of delivery.
- Supporting the service team by diagnosing faults, rectifying issues, and managing 24/7 on-call service rotations.
- Reporting daily and weekly on tasks completed, maintaining accurate records, and updating CRM project management systems.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for technical skill enhancement and suggesting areas for customer and product improvements.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and fault-finding repair skills, with expertise in PLC/Automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, and multi-phase systems.
- City & Guilds Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Current Driving License without disqualification and UK or EU Passport
- Excellent ICT skills and use of Microsoft Office
