Logistics Co-Ordinator

Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for a Logistics Co-Ordinator based in the Thetford area.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Plan all F1 supply only orders
• Assist with bookings as and when required
• Assist logistics supervisor with stock management between sites
• Liaise with hauliers to mitigate any delivery issues and discrepancies
• Communicate with yard team to ensure customer requirements are met
• Liaise with production to ensure all planned delivery dates are achievable
• First point of contact for Allaway driver delivery issues
• Maintain updated call off schedules for bigger Factory 1 projects
• Organise all relevant paperwork for customer collections
• Liaise and organise all upcoming international F1 projects with hauliers and customers
• Any other duties as required

Shift pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 to 16:30
