Bonuses) + Overtime available Company Overview: We are a recruiting for a manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Thetford, specializing in the production of metal products. We are currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join their team and contribute to the production and repair of their products. Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on various metal components, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and welding blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
Set up welding equipment, adjust settings, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect welded joints and structures to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to company safety protocols and practices.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing insights and suggestions to enhance welding processes and product quality.
Collaborate with supervisors and managers to report progress, challenges, and accomplishments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a MIG Welder preferred but training will be given if necessary
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
Familiarity with welding equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
