Bonuses) + Overtime available  Company Overview: We are a recruiting for a manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Thetford, specializing in the production of metal products. We are currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join their team and contribute to the production and repair of their products.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding on various metal components, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings and welding blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
  • Set up welding equipment, adjust settings, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect welded joints and structures to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to company safety protocols and practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing insights and suggestions to enhance welding processes and product quality.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to report progress, challenges, and accomplishments.
 Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a MIG Welder preferred but training will be given if necessary
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
  • Familiarity with welding equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
