We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join a thriving business and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across their logistics and customer service functions. The role will be nice and varied day-to-day to keep things fresh, and you'll be given full training as well as lots of support to allow you to make an impact and become an integral part of the friendly team. What you'll be doing as Trainee Administrator:
  • Handling customer and supplier orders through calls and emails.
  • Coordinating UK and international shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Updating logistics records / spreadsheets, tracking shipments, and assisting with supplier schedules.
  • Raising orders, receiving stock, and creating labels for the warehouse.
  • Working with the team to support customer service and account managers.
