Job Description

As a Chef De Partie you will...

As well as having excellent presentation, communication, and management skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

  • Ideally have some knowledege of contract catering and up to date trends
  • Have a real passion for food and customer service
  • Have good Health & Safety knowledge
  • Be able to work within set budgets
  • Confident in running a section and keeping track of orders
  • Have a good understanding of stock rotation
  • Work in a clean and tidy manner
