Are you a tech enthusiast with a talent for troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems? We're on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing team! You'll provide essential technical support for IT infrastructure, applications, and users. This role involves working as part of a highly skilled team to ensure exceptional levels of availability, performance, and security.

In addition to providing local IT support, you'll also handle remote support tasks, ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites. Occasional travel may be required to address on-site issues and collaborate with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability of IT systems and electronic communication infrastructure for all staff.
  • Set up and maintain new hardware and software.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues and outages.
  • Adhere to security policies and standards to maintain system and equipment security.
  • Conduct server monitoring and reporting to ensure system reliability.
  • Resolve hardware and software issues, coordinating with third-party suppliers as needed.
  • Create and maintain technical support processes, user manuals, and documentation.
  • Support IT projects as required.

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in fault-finding.
  • Proficient in Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365
  • Skilled in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop environments.
