Experienced Contracts / Project Manager

CC&M are a medium size building contractors, we undertake large extensions on properties throughout Cardiff and surrounding area.

The ideal Contracts / Project Manager will possess strong leadership qualities and excellent organisational skills.

A, maintain comprehensive records of all contract documentation.

B, organise labour and sub-contractors.

C, order materials in a timely manner for each project through our company buyer.

D, able to read project drawings and ensure that we comply with the drawings.

E, assess quality of workmanship.

F, strong project management skills with proven ability to drive project to completion.

G, ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

H, supervise subcontractors and site work force to ensure quality and safety standards are met as well as completion dates.

Salary can be discussed for the right candidate with a passion for managing contracts efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
