Job Title: Mobile IT Support Technician
Location: Bristol
Contract Duration: ASAP - 31/12/2025
Pay Rate: 150 per day
Job Description:We are looking for a flexible, driven, and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding mobile team. The successful candidate will need to work both independently and as part of a team, supporting a number of key clients with their IT support solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile Role: Travel throughout the region, spanning from Worcester down the M5, covering Gloucester, South West of the UK, and South Wales.
- Client Support: Provide IT support solutions to key clients.
- Clearances: Successfully obtain Government and individual customer clearances, which are essential to the role.
- On-Call Rota: Be open to joining an on-call rota if required.
- Hardware Break Fix: Competency and experience in hardware break fix preferred, but training will be provided.
- Microsoft Product Suite: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows 7/10/11 and Office365.
- Customer Interaction: Exhibit good customer-facing skills and communication.
Essential Requirements:
- Own vehicle for travel.
- Willingness and capability to obtain necessary clearances.
- Flexibility to join an on-call rota.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
