Private Members Club Facilities Manager

Management of a private members club with 400+ members.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and licencing authorities.

Income is promptly secured and monitored for any discrepancies

Stock is controlled and re-ordered taking into account current and predicted fluctuations in customers.

Daily operation of the Bar and clubhouse including employed staff management & training to ensure any additional hours NOT covered by this role are staffed in a timely and cost effective manner.

Order and recieve stock deliveries including purchases through wholesalers.

Carry out regular checks of the cellar and product delivery systems in line with advisary conditions, plan line cleaning and any regular maintenance work or technical assistance with product delivery.

Awareness of marketing strategies and advise product placement to provide consistent profit margins whilst delivering customer product satisfaction
