The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedFacilities Managerto join our client's talented team. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Services, you will successfully manage the delivery of property/facilities management services within a designated area. You will be responsible for FM services including Health and Safety, environment, annual budgets, budget reconciliation, compliance and general PPM/RW/lifecycle along with managing a team of Site Supervisors.
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive knowledge of facilities management in a PFI/LIFT environment delivering hard and soft services
- Strong understanding of PFI/LIFT service contracts including managing the performance of suppliers and contractors
- Ideally, you will hold a BIFM Intermediate qualification with IOSH Management Safety Certificate and Legionella Management
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written skills
- Enhanced DBS Check clearance is required
