About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee the entire production process. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals.
  • Monitor quality assessments to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to optimise workflow and address challenges.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve production processes.
  • Oversee scheduling, upkeep, and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage HR aspects, including team training, performance reviews, and development.
Key Attributes & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Manager.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a production environment.
  • Strong organisational and managerial skills.
  • Experience with quality control and process optimization.
