About the Role
We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson on behalf of a well-established Lettings Agency. This role involves a range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work, along with a proactive and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
- General plumbing, including leak repairs, installations, and unblocking drains
- Carpentry work, such as door and window fitting, skirting board installation, and joinery
- Basic electrical repairs (subject to relevant qualifications)
- Painting, decorating, tiling, and minor brickwork repairs
- Conducting property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled trades role
- Strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Full UK driving licence(essential)
- Relevant trade qualifications (desirable but not essential)
