Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of stroke survivors? We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Community Stroke Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive team. This role involves working within the community to provide specialist rehabilitation and support to individuals recovering from stroke, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for stroke patients in a community setting.

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, and nurses, to deliver holistic patient-centred care.

  • Develop personalised rehabilitation programmes to maximise independence and function.

  • Provide education, support, and training to patients, families, and carers.
