Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading Turbine servicing company to recruit an Operations Director for its office in Lincoln.
The Operations Director role comes with a starting salary of up to 100,000.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the CEO you will:
- Ensure the timely escalation of all company orders, achieving the highest margin by balancing cost and revenue across operational departments: Engineering, Project, Supply chain, Workshop and Service
- Lead operational departments in alignment with other business functions, in particular, but not limited to Sales and Finance.
- Address critical performance improvement opportunities to ensure timely delivery of business objectives in accordance with customer requirements.
- Demonstrate, understand and implement the company values within Teamwork & Communication, Safety and Sustainability, Accountability, Quality & Reliability and Excellence in Delivery.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- MBA qualified highly desirable
- Degree qualified or equivalent management / business experience essential
- Experience operating at senior / board level
- Gas Turbine / Power / Oil and Gas experience in similar role
- Experience managing subcontract engineering
- Experience of managing complex small teams
Personal skills
The Operations Director role would suit someone who has:
