About the Role CNC Setter/Operator

You'll be setting and operating CNC milling machines, tackling complex aerospace components to tight tolerances. Expect to:

  • Set and operate multi-axis CNC milling machines (Fanuc, Mazak & Heidenhain controls)
  • Prove out machining processes and resolve technical issues
  • Monitor cutting tools, changing and setting them as needed
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Inspect components using micrometers, Vernier calipers & shadow graphs
  • Keep the workspace tidy (6S standards) and contribute to process improvements

What You Need to Bring

  • Experience in CNC milling Setting & operating multi-axis CNC machining centres

  • Time-served or apprenticeship trained? Even better!
