We are seeking an exceptional Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of a busy warehouse of a company that specialises in providing innovative solutions for logistics, retail, and industrial environments. The company offers high-quality equipment designed to optimise workflows and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock across two sites, reporting to the Production Manager and creating a structured and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the performance of warehouse staff, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Manage inbound goods, stock control, and outbound shipments, ensuring all activities align with company processes and KPIs.
  • Plan and execute inventory checks in accordance with internal and customer requirements.
  • Prepare for and support the introduction of a new Warehouse Management System.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
  • Promote and enforce rigorous health and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular H&S audits and ensure compliance with all company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery to customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems; experience with system implementation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety requirements in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, creating a culture of trust and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
