Automotive Quality Manager

As Automotive Quality Manager, you will be examining starting points & establishing where improvements can be made, ensuring compliance across our manufacturing facility based in Tibshelf.

This is a leadership role, where you will co-ordinate the quality activities coordinating, facilitating & implementing the Quality Management policies across our site. As the Quality Manager you will be providing technical Quality support to automotive division and assisting on large projects.

  • Present to board level & lead strategic change.
  • Initiate timely & appropriate actions in emergency situations, contact & communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing written reports of such inspections, including Complete internal Health and Safety Audits, ISO 9000:1 internal audits & support annual accreditation.
  • Ensure each team member and new starters have the appropriate training.
  • Work with the senior leadership & group functions to ensure quality policies and procedures support contract needs.
  • Produce relevant incident information and non-conformance reports.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Quality professional with Engineering, Manufacturing or Logistics experience
  • Experience of delivering Quality in a 'shop floor' environment.
  • Track record of working effectively with all levels (Directors, Managers & the Shop Floor)
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to use analyse data to conduct trend analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & influencing skills.
