Customer Service Executive - Freight

Global Logistics organisation are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Tilbury.

Responsiibilities;

• Speaking with agents and customers on the phone
• Providing quotations to customers and agents.
• Booking new shipments.
• Liaising with agents and customers.
• Managing cross-trade shipments.
• Handling invoicing.

Skills Required;

• Experience working within global freight forwarding
• Seafreight, airfreight and road freight experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Dynamic team player
