Global Logistics organisation are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Tilbury.
Responsiibilities;
- Speaking with agents and customers on the phone
- Providing quotations to customers and agents.
- Booking new shipments.
- Liaising with agents and customers.
- Managing cross-trade shipments.
- Handling invoicing.
Skills Required;
- Experience working within global freight forwarding
- Seafreight, airfreight and road freight experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Dynamic team player
