Are you an experienced Gateperson or Security Personnel with a background in construction environments?

Do you consider yourself vigilant and an asset to maintaining safety protocols at a busy site? Are you based in or around Tilbury, Essex?

We have a fixed-term Gateperson role available at Aggregate Industries, located in East Tilbury, RM18 8QP. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.

Role: Gateperson
Location: Station Rd, East Tilbury, RM18 8QP
Rate: £14-£15 per hour (PAYE)
Contract length: 24 months (Mid-October 2023 – End of 2025)
Shift Patterns: 7am - 4:30pm, 45 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Ensure only authorized personnel enter the site.
• Maintain accurate records by booking in and signing out visitors.
• Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Enforce access control procedures and verify identities.
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.

Essential requirements:

• Experience as a Gateperson or security professional, ideally in a construction or production environment.
• Ability to stay focused and respond quickly to security concerns.

Desirable requirements:

• Possession of a Standard CSCS card is preferred but not mandatory.
