Are you an experienced Nursing home manager looking for a new opportunity near Dudley? We're on the lookout for a Home Manager to take on a State of the art nursing home . This exciting role offers the opportunity to grow a dedicated team in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and comfort for residents.

As the Home Manager, you'll enjoy a salary of up to 80,000 plus a Bonus, private healthcare cover and you'll be entitled to 25 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays , and a contributory pension scheme.

As the Home Manager, you'll be:

  • Responsible for all aspects of care within a large nursing home , from budgeting and staffing to maintaining compliance with CIW standards and regulations.
  • Utilising your clinical background and active NMC Pin to uphold evidence-based practice.
  • Demonstrating excellent commercial awareness, ideally within the care industry.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritising effectively to improve care quality.
